Top 10 Android Apps

Top 10 Android Apps

How many times have you seen someone with their eyes glued to their phone? It happens all the time, no matter where you are — at the office, on the train, on the bus... even at school! And it’s not just teens and tweens who are glued to their devices; adults love to play mobile games, too. Here are the top 10 Android apps so you can join the fun.

1) PUBG Mobile

PUBG Mobile is an excellent mobile game, even for those who don’t usually play video games. The game follows a player on a fictional island where 100 people land and fight to be able to survive. The catch? Players have no idea where weapons and supplies are located so they have to search buildings, houses, forests, and even mountains if they want to stay alive. A new version of PUBG was recently released (based on Player Unknown's Battlegrounds), but it’s only available on PC right now. If you want to get your battle royale fix while you wait for an Android version, check out Fortnite Battle Royale—also available on Xbox One, PS4, and Nintendo Switch.

2) Alto’s Odyssey

From what we’ve seen so far, Alto’s Odyssey is a worthy follow-up to its predecessor. It has just about everything you could want from a mobile game: stunning graphics, an ethereal soundscape, and challenging yet rewarding gameplay. If you liked Alto’s Adventure, odds are you’ll love Odyssey as well. And if you haven’t tried out either yet, what are you waiting for? If anything, it shows that iOS continues to be one of Apple's most innovative and creative successes even today. More than 200 million people use their devices every day to make music or play games - that's one-third of all people on Earth using iPhones daily!

3) Fortnite

Fortnite is a co-op sandbox survival game developed by Epic Games. The game was originally released in July 2017 as Fortnite: Save The World, a paid early access title with microtransactions. It was inspired by other survival games like DayZ and Rust. A free-to-play version of Fortnite, titled Fortnite Battle Royale, launched in September 2017. This version is supported solely by microtransactions and does not contain any of the original game's story elements. In Battle Royale, up to 100 players skydive from a flying bus onto a small island where they collect weapons and building materials to survive and eliminate opponents. The last player or team standing wins the match.

4)Asphalt 9: Legends

Racing games are at their best when they put you behind the wheel of a supercar. Asphalt 9: Legends does that beautifully, with gorgeous graphics and well-designed courses. There’s also an RPG element to keep you busy between races as you can upgrade your car and level up through various races and events in Career mode. It’s easy to spend hours on end playing just one more round. The high-end racing experience is complemented by dozens of exclusive cars from famous manufacturers such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, Bugatti, and Mercedes Benz, which makes it one of our favorite racing games for mobile devices. 5) Critical Ops

This game is one of my favorites. It’s a fast-paced first-person shooter that I play every single day. It’s very competitive and is great for someone looking to improve their aiming skills. It also has a fun element of teamwork because multiple game modes require you to work with your team to achieve certain goals (e.g., defusing bombs, capturing flags). This game has lots of different weapons available that are divided into various classes like assault rifles, SMGs, sniper rifles, etc. The weapon variety coupled with unlockable attachments makes it exciting to try out new builds and try to rank up on leaderboards in each game mode.

6) Clash Royale

Clash Royale is a multiplayer game that combines elements of collectible card games and tower defense. The gameplay is set in Clash of Clans and features troops that are trained using gems, which can be gained in several different ways. It’s a freemium app and is available on both Android and iOS devices.

7) Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition

Starting with Final Fantasy IV, Square Enix released a series of remakes for its Final Fantasy games. The first was V, then VII, and most recently X. Now it’s finally time for Final Fantasy XV to get some HD love with Final Fantasy XV Pocket Edition. Available on iOS and Android devices, it offers a nice twist by letting you play as chibi versions of party members Prompto, Ignis and Gladiolus while they journey across Eos in an attempt to reclaim King Regis’ throne.

8) Brawl Stars

Brawl Stars is a freemium mobile MOBA video game developed and published by Supercell. The game was released for iOS platforms on December 12, 2017, and is expected to be released for Android in 2018. Unlike other games in Supercell's portfolio, Brawl Stars has a gameplay style similar to that of Counter-Strike, players are ranked based on their performance with each champion, rather than a global ranking. Players can earn coins through playing matches or opening boxes purchased with currency earned in-game.

9) GTA San Andreas Mobile

Mobile gaming has come a long way from its humble beginnings. Today, we’re seeing more and more big-budget games on our phones and tablets, making mobile gaming more accessible than ever before. Some of these games are ports of already-existing hits, while others are all-new games specially designed for mobile devices. The sheer variety of game options makes choosing a new title to download tough; however, we can help with that by breaking down what we think are some of the best Android apps available right now. Without further ado, here’s our list of the Top 10 best mobile games in the world

10) Pokemon Go

If you’re like me, you may have tried to talk yourself out of downloading Pokemon Go. As an adult gamer, it just seemed silly and childish—but I’m so glad I was wrong. Whether you played Pokemon as a kid or are completely new to Niantic’s mega-hit (and its countless clones), there’s something for everyone in terms of fun, addicting gameplay, and enticing graphics.
